I like these much better than the "Dignity" brand. Mostly because of the fastening system and the cotton-like stretch front closer system. Re-fastens well. I has so much trouble with the Dignity refastener. Diaper tore, tape sticky, gaps in side openings created leaks and I was not only changing diapers, but each time the bed as well. If you are needing an xxx large diaper for an obese patient, these are just what the doctor ordered! They are big and have extra side panel tape to hold them on. Very absorbent bariatric diaper... Rating: [5 of 5 Stars]
