I was not happy with this purchase at all. The tape fasteners cannot be used more than once. so if you remove them to check patient you must discard the brief. the outside plastic cover causes my patient to sweat. They made this diaper bigger by just adding a strip to give more length. this creates a gap and skin is exposed by fasten point. Would not buy or recommend this product. I made the mistake of buying a case. I cut them up and use them as liners. Had to run to Walgreens and purchase diapers I could use. I should have reordered my original choice of "Dignity Complete" breathable Adult Diaper. They were much better...
