I was doing an article on male urinary incontinence and was looking for a solution. I was looking for something besides a diaper, and these are great. They stick to the inside of your underwear and they absorb very well. Sort of like a cup, and they fold flat, so you can carry extra in your back pocket... Rating: [5 of 5 Stars]

I've been dealing with incontinence for a couple years now as a result of procedures to open the bladder neck because of recurrent stenosis. I found these on another site and have been using them for about four months now, they are the greatest ever. When the other site had to back-order my order, I found "Your Diaper.com" and will now use this because of the great price here and free shipping. As for the Dignity Pouch, I will be using them as long as I have the incontinence problem, what a great item...
