YourDiaper.com will accept returns on any case that has not been opened and is returned within 15 days of receipt of the product. A 15% restocking fee will be charged and you are responsible for the return shipping. To return a product, the customer must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization code. If a product is returned without a return authorization code the customer will not be reimbursed for the return.
If you receive a product that is damaged and/or defective you must contact our office within 24 hours of receipt to receive a full refund. A return authorization code is required. If a damaged and/or defective product is returned without a return authorization code, the customer will not be eligible to receive a replacement.

YourDiaper.com standard shipping policy applies to all orders that an expedited shipping method is not chosen. Most packages will be shipped via UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground. The determination of the shipping method is at the discretion of YourDiaper.com and will be determined by cost analysis and location within the United States.
Order Handling Fee
An additional processing charge of 1.95 will be charged on each and every order.This amount helps offset processing and handling costs.
All orders placed before 4:00pm CST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same business day if the product is available. All orders placed after 4:00pm CST Monday through Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day.
